Ventura - Can't install any .pkg

Everything looked normal until I wanted to install some .pkg. Every .pkg I tried to install, I got the same error.

Has anybody experienced the same problem? I tried everything but I was unsuccessful.

I am having this problem. All throughout first part of the Ventura Beta process things worked fine. Then they didn't. Now, something like Microsoft Teams, which I installed, won't reinstall. Yes, it's a .pkg. I have reinstalled to OS., I have run Cocktail, I have tried safe mode, nothing. I don't have any strange security software running.

Apple, fix this!
