You can monitor your current and average cadences using your Apple Watch while running. In order to do this, you'll want to follow the steps below. This will ensure that you're able to start tracking your cadence while running.


  1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone
  2. Go to 'Workout/Workout View/Outdoor Run/Edit'
  3. Select the current Cadence and Average Cadence to add them to the metrics list at the top
