Ensure that you have installed the OneDrive App on your iPad - and have updated to its most recent version. Open the OpenDrive App and ensure that you have signed-in using your Microsoft account-credentials. Verify that your files stored in OneDrive are accessible from the OneDrive App.

If files are accessible from the OneDrive App, they should now be similarly accessible from the native Files App. If necessary, enable OneDrive using the Edit button within the Files sidebar.

If the issue remains unresolved, delete the OneDrive App from the iPad (NB: no data will be lost) and restart the iPad. After performing the restart, re-install OneDrive from the App Store.
