block unwanted numbers not in recents

Thanks, but sorry had tried that -doesn’t work.

When i tap Add New, it flips me back to Contacts under iCloud. Have tried to add there under # , under unknown, under No Name, they stayed greyed out .

There’s a search bar there as well.

Tried typing unknown, No Name,etc. As I type, a magnifying glass shows in the middle of the screen and says no results for unknown or no name or whatever I’ve typed in and underneath it says check the spelling or try a new search..

Have also tried adding just the number, that doesn’t work either.
