DMG file extraction on iPad Pro to use on an external disk

I have downloaded a new firmware for my camera (dog file) on my iPad Pro and would like to extract the bin in this file to put on an external SD card (I have a card reader working with my iPad Pro). How can I do that without accès to a Mac or PC? Thanks

Currently NO iPad can fully replace any full featured computer.

There are still many things iPads cannot do.

Limited input devices

Very basic, rudimetary external drive support

Limited multitasking features.

Limited file formats recognition/access.

Still no free access to ALL of the iOS/iPadOS file system/system files.

Can ONLY install apps from Apple's walled iOS App Store.

That is why I still own a Mac.

Apple has never, ever claimed that ANY iPad can replace any Mac or Windows PC.

iPads ARE a diffrent type of computer/computing devixe in tablet form.

iPads and iPadOS can do a lot more, now, than an iPhone.

That is why Apple split the two devices, now, with two different OS versions.

iPadOS is for larger screen iPads

iOS is for iPhones.
