It is normal for my Apple Watch to drop 3% battery capacity in 8 months?

Yesterday I left my watch on charger at night and It dropped 1%.

Yes, this Is entirely normal. Battery health drops with battery usage, this is normal battery behavior. Sometimes it can drop fast, but after that it could be at a standstill for months
