"WiFiFWTrap" in analytics when WiFi data drop

So I've already asked about this, but some of the information on the previous questions must be updated.

It started with my home WiFi that would suddenly turn off, first only at night, now also at day time. When this happens and the WiFi data drops, my iPhone 12 produces an analytics entry called "WiFiFWTrap" (means WiFi firmware trap). So I was sure my home WiFi is just faulty, but I was wrong. I went out a few days and the entry also appears when I'm connected to WiFi out of my home. So I guess it's a phones issue after all? It also appeared the first time after the iOS 16 update. Does anyone know what to do?
