iTunes does not recognize my 7th generation iPod Touch on my PC Windows 10 nor on my Windows 11 computer. I re-installed all the USB controller drivers, tried a soft reset, followed all the suggestion in support. Should I try a full factory reset?

Would rather not do that to avoid losing all my current settings.
