Select the text for which you want to change the size.

Click the Format Brush to open the Inspector pane.

Choose Style.


Locate the font settings and the Size stepper:


Click, or press and hold the up arrow beside the font size (26pt in the example) to increase the size of the selected text.

I doubt that you can change the print size used in one or all documents 'permanently' without 'printing' the document to paper (or to a PDF file), making it an image or set of images.


Even as an image, it would be possible to change the print size by expanding or compressing the image.


To change the default size of text used in NEW pages documents, take a look in Pages Preferences > General.


The circled preference settings can be adjusted to determine the default font and size to use in new documents, and the default text size to use for comments in those documents.
