Eric Root's instruction is very helpful to use only one password for both of MacBook pros. Apple alert specified that a notification was sent to my 13 inch MacBook Pro to change the password. Since my Apple ID and existing password work for my 13 inch MacBook Pro. do I use that password for my 16 inch MacBook Pro or do I select a different password to use for each of them? I have two Mac book pros. both have their own passwords. the Apple ID sign email address is the same for both. for my older MacBook Pro when I enter my password for the Apple ID sign in, it is denied.
