Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to add a payment method to the Wallet app on your iPhone. Looking at this Apple resource Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support only Net Banking and UPI are supported in India, and if you are using one of those, you can only use it to add funds to your Apple ID: Add money to your Apple Account balance - Apple Support
