My wife’s Apple Watch series 7 is not charging. When on the charger it show a green lighting bolt and the time. I’ve tried to reset but after holding both side buttons for 10 seconds it just returns to green bolt and time. Any suggestions?

I would try another cable and puck and power outlet if were myself
rule out those 3 things.

Thanks. I grabbed a cable and fast charge cube and it started charging.
