Can’t hear phone calls unless on Speaker

I can’t hear phone calls unless I put my phone on speakers mode. Also, I cannot longer set up, or use my Face ID function.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
