100s of Songs now labeled as Unknown Albums

I have synced my music collection from iTunes to my iPhone on my Windows 10 desktop for years with no issue. Today I sync'd my iPhone 12 to iTunes and over 100 songs are now labeled "unknown album"

What can I do to fix this?

Quick update. I deleted the Music app on my iPhone, which deleted all the music info on the phone. I reinstalled the Music app and then re-synced with iTunes on my desktop. Problem solved! My music library is as it should be, and all is right in my music world. Thanks.

The usual explanation for this would be that you had selected a bunch of tracks, deleted the value in the Album field, and then pressed OK to action the change. Is the Keep iTunes Media folder organized option enabled? Do you have any form of backup? Failing that do you have any files in the Previous iTunes Libraries folder? See ExportImport for a script that can be used to export metadata from an old library, then import the data into the current library.
