Hello I would like to cancel a pending transaction that was taken off my cashapp

i’ve had a transaction pending for months. i’ve disputed the issue with the games support and they’re not helpful at all. they say to dispute it with apple game center but it says you can’t dispute pending charges. now it’s been months like 5 or so and i can’t update anything or download new apps. it’s ridiculous. you should be able to dispute a charge before, while it’s pending, after it’s posted etc. so k no ow im just stuck.
