Is this something you've only seen in iOS16? Notifications have always appeared and then disappear when you login with the passcode. So, maybe take a screenshot the next time they pop up: Take a Screenshot On your iPhone - Apple Support

You can't see it again if you have cleared it or is more than a week old.
