Lost speaker and microphone after OS Ventura update

I also upgraded to Ventura 13.0 --- big mistake.

Microphone is not unreliable --- sometimes works, sometimes is just bad, i.e., low volume and intermittent sound.

I cannot get my work done.

This is happening constantly here.

Google Meets always drop default microphone.
