Alarm song

My phone doesnt play my song and goes to standard sound. Tried all suggested solutions found online, is this a sofwatee bug?

The song needs to be on the device and not on iCloud see the pic below for the Alarm clock to play a song.

The music has to be downloaded to the device, turn off Dolby Atmos in setting-music downloads and audio quality for downloads to high quality.

Thanks but my song is on my library not icloud. And still doesnt work
