delete app from icloud

i need to delete an app from my icloud account, deleting from my phone is not helping the issuse of an error popping up. any help would be appreciated

Apps are not stored in iCloud. When you delete an app and reinstall it, it comes from the App Store, not iCloud. The cloud icon in the App Store only means that you previously bought the app.
