Need to enter new credit card from different region

Hi, credit card was stolen. It will take weeks to get a replacement from my home country, South Africa

I cannot seem to remove my South African credit card from Apple payments. I would like to use my UK credit card instead, but get a message that my new card is not a South African card.

What can I do?
