You are probably too late. The phone is probably reset and sold by now.

Concentrate on urgently changing ALL your passwords starting with your Apple ID Password and email passwords.

Consider cancelling your credit cards.

Risk mitigation

Get your provider to 

Cancel your SIM.

Send you a replacement SIM on same number.

You can then put the SIM in another iPhone to get the codes you will need.
