Problem with Apple ID

I received an email to reset my password but when I fill all the information, the last step it said that " You have entered an incorrect verification code too many times." Therefore, I can't reset my password. Can you help me how to fix it?

Hello Linhdan_,

For issues with the Apple ID password being forgotten, this page can help provide some available options: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

For example, if your Apple ID is signed into a trusted device already, you may try resetting it from Settings/System Preferences:

Reset your Apple ID password on your iPhone or other trusted Apple device
1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap your name > Password & Security > Change Password.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password.
Change your password in Settings on iPhone
You can also follow this process on a trusted iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch.

To reset your password on your trusted Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings (or System Preferences) > Sign in with your Apple ID (or Apple ID). Then click Password & Security, Change Password, and follow the onscreen instructions.

If that doesn't work, you may find some information regarding using account recovery for eligible Apple IDs here: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support

Cheers.
