Apple Watch isn't tracking sleep stages. Followed all information I can already find. It is a series 3 and pre owned.

Hi,

My apple watch isn't tracking my sleep stages. I have worn it every night for a week and always slept more than 4 hours. I have followed all the advice I can find online: restarted it, deleted and remade my sleep schedule etc. etc...

Please can someone help as it's quite annoying.

Thanks!

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 8

Hi 123_987,

You started from a great resource: Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone

Also, be sure the option for "Track Time in Bed with iPhone" is on and double-check all settings here are correct. Track your sleep with Apple Watch - Apple Support
