How does Tax Refund Process work in Germany (Munich) for online shopping?

this is an reasonable risk for me. 'Cuz there is a huge price difference between Turkey and Germany.

iPhone 14 Pro Max costs in Turkey 2.516 Euro, in Germany 1.579 euro. After tax refund it will drop to 1.279 euro.

Half price of Turkey's version.

I believe I'll have that risk :)

I got lots of friends coming and going to Germany. I believe they can help me if I need support for repair/replacement.

I called apple call center in Turkey and asked the about German versions of iPhone and watch ultra.

They told me they are working fine but they warned me about the warranty restriction too.

I found the mail address of Apple Store in Munich and sent them en email about my question.

I hope they respond soon :)

Cuz it seems that both of the stores in Munchen are close on Tuesday's.

Unfortunately both of them seem closed on Tuesdays.

I 've made a reservation for Wednesday morning at 9:00 o'clock in the morning :)

The one on the Rosenstrasse is very close to my hotel

i'll be staying next to Hauptbahnhof :)

When I was trying to pay online I found out that I can't take them from the store. That options was not available.

And the soonest delivery date was at the end of the November.

I really wonder if they have iPhone pro/max and watch ultra at the stores

I made an appointment before I visit the shop at there Marienplatz.

The very first appointment was mine :)

Before they opened the store some guy came out ant told the crowd that they don't have any iPhone yet.

He said that they will receive some during the day but they are not sure when...

Any way I came forward and told him about my appointment. He took me another separate location to wait.

Then he checked and he told me that I didn't make "reservation for iPhone". but he agreed that I have and appointment to look at the phones and talk with the colleagues about the phone.

I told him ok, I will do that.

After that he pull me into the store and called a colleague and told him something in German :)

After that new guy look at the socks on his iPad and voila :)

I bought one 14 pro and 14 pro max ☺️

they prepared a tax free paper as well.

At the airport I went to the tax officer and got the approval.

And then I went to the global blue and they pay the tax amount back to me.

The iPhone works fine here in Turkey btw 👍

Hi deggie,

When I visit the store at the OEC some lady told me how can I check the stocks at the shops.

So that I could catch the Apple Watch ultra stock immediately :)
