I am an Etsy seller. Suddenly, my pictures will not upload to the Etsy site to create or edit a listing. I can still do this on my IPhone, so it must be my computer. Help!

I am an Etsy seller, and have been for 13 years. Suddenly I am unable to upload any photos from my Macbook Pro to the Etsy site to create or edit listings in my shop. I'm able to upload from my iphone so it must be my Macbook. Is there a setting on my computer that I need to adjust to transfer photos to the Etsy site?
