Apple will not print return label

I am trying to return an item I purchased from Apple Store. Everything works right up to the point where I attempt to print a label. Nothing except, "Would you like to print another label?"

I have disabled all the popup blocks I can think of. Still nothing. Did talk with Apple tech. She attempted to send me a label through my Apple email address. Nothing. She mentioned going to FedEx for them to print the label, however, you need to get the code from the label - Catch 22. Going to try phone or chat again but wanted to see if anyone had a quick solution. Thanks!
