My daughters phone wouldn’t accept her 6 digit pin, so after a few attempts it’s locked her out, she then logged in to i cloud from the computer to reset but wouldn’t accept her password on that now phone states it’ll log out completely in 2 hours and everything will be lost.
what can we do

The data on the iPhone is not recoverable any more. The iPhone will need to be restored to remove the passcode and set up again. If she has a backup, which she should, it can all be restored from the backup.
Unless it was manually turned off, the iPhone will backup automatically to iCloud every night when connected to power and Wi-Fi.
