Ventura System Services

I have several utilities that run at startup that require access to system services (Full Disk Access, Accessibility, etc.). As expected, I had to grant these permissions on first run, but now every time I boot the computer I have to go through the same exercise with every utility. Worse, sometimes I can't do anything with the trackpad or computer while one of the alerts is displaying (although CMD-OPT-ESC will bring up the force quit window, but I can't interact with it). I'm forced to restart with the power button (and everything works fine on the next boot). I've reinstalled Ventura from Recovery mode, but no change.

Is this a known issue? Is it a problem with apps that are not Ventura ready?
