How can I automatically cc someone in all emails

I have several accounts in Apple Mail. If I reply to all, all other emails (in the app) will disappear from the email list. I searched online, the system will automatically removes CC addresses if they are in your “accounts” list in Mail.

So I would like to know is there any methods/rules that I can apply to automatically cc one email address when I reply or send new emails.

Did you try Mail >Settings>compose...?

Did you try the Mail >Help menu
