iphone 13 pro cracked back glass

I've been using iPhone 13 pro for about a year now with Casetify case on it.

Never really dropped the phone or made a hard contact on the phone, but one day, I saw a little crack below the camera lenses (where the case is not covering). I took it out of the case and found that whole back glass was destroyed. Been using it with case from day 1 but its a very odd crack given that I didn't drop it or smashed it with a hammer. From other posts, it seemed like other users may had a similar issue possibly caused from tightness of the case.

What exactly is the question? It’s possible the case is the culprit as you mentioned….which would be an issue to take up with Casetify (although I suspect their legalese is written in a way to say they aren’t responsible or you would have to go to almost impossible lengths to prove it was because of their case). Thankfully I have never experienced a cracked back screen due to a case…but I also never used that brand case.
