Is it normal for when I do option command when I turn my Mac on I see something called EFI boot & when I click on it nothing happens but I also have option of Macintosh SSD

Remove Windows from your Mac using Boot Camp

Attempting to Remove a Windows Installation by any other way may result is a disaster.
It may require to Complete Erase of the Internal Drive and reinstalling the Entire Operating System from scratch
