There’s a kinda big black line blocking me to see and a red thin line
How do I fix this problem with the thin red line and kinda big black line?

if it was me then I would first
try Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
if that did not help then I would try Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
if that did not help then I would assume it would require repair iPhone Service & Repair - Apple Support
