Cosmetic damage regarding dust

I unboxed a new space black iPhone 14 Pro Max yesterday afternoon. I did not wash my hands ahead of the unboxing because they already looked clean. However, I noticed some small debris on my finger tips. I'm OCD when it comes to things like these. I apologize for bringing this up.

Question: Do tiny shiny solid dust particles cause microscopic abrasion damage (ex. scratches/dents) to the metal body of iPhones like the 14 Pro Max models?
