Phone will NOT update on a Hotspot connection. You need a good Wi-Fi connection. Make sure that the phone is charged to at least 60% or more.

Or, connect the phone to a computer to update, assuming the computer has a good Internet connection. If it's a PC, you need to install iTunes for Windows.
