I keep getting prompted to purchase the manual when I try to download the manual on Apple Books. Is the manual free to download or not for my Apple IPhone SE?

Hello James480, The iPhone manual is free on the Apple Book App. If there was a charge you would see the price. When you click the download Apple confirms your Apple ID.
