Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I have more than 2.27 storage available to download the update however it does not say install, only "storage", as if i need to delete things when i have enough storage available? i have an iphone 6s plus. why is this?

is anyone else having trouble or just my phone?

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
