Apple is charging $0 and not charging the intended $29 and it then says the payment has failed.
Hello, I recently paid $29 for a subscription, but my payment was declined because my card is a pre-paid web card. I was able to quickly transfer the required amount, but it is now charging $0 rather than the intended $29 fee. I can no longer purchase anything from the AppStore. It keeps indicating that the payment method has failed, but the bank says it charges only $0 rather than the $29.
How can I quickly be done with this?
