How to transfer data from a broken iPhone.

Can I transfer data off an iPhone that can’t turn on. Or can a iPhone that was ran over be fixed.

You cannot transfer any data from a non-operational iPhone.

Do you have backup file created on a computer or on iCloud before the iPhone was damaged? If YES, then you can restore your new iPhone from one of those backups.

Ran over or not, see if you can get this to power on:


Troubleshooting iPhone Power:


A. Power & Usage:

Does it die while you are not using it? Or are you making calls, and using its media services, while this is happening. All seems fine, if you are using this non-stop, on a continual basis.


B. Stuck in a Boot Loop:

Try Swiping-Down from the top-right corner of your screen. See if that rids of this window. If not, I'd say the iPhone is stuck in a boot loop(because it was updating), or is simply frozen.
