How to turn off downtime in Apple Watch?

Recently my apple watch has been going into downtime every afternoon or so until evening and therefore I cant use any apps on my watch(even workout).

Apple Watch downtime - Apple Community - I tried every step listed in this forum like turning downtime off, restarting phone & watch and ultimately unpairing my watch and re-pairing it. None of these steps seems to have worked and I have latest software installed on both watch &

phone.

Hello,

if you are having trouble with downtime on your Apple Watch, that it only mirrors your iPhone, see of the steps help:

  1. Turn off "Share Across Devices" - Keep track of your screen time on iPhone
  2. Restart your iPhone
  3. Restart your Apple Watch
