vnc outside of my home network

Hi,

I want to connect to my Mac at home (running macOS Ventura version 13.0) from a PC at School (running windows 10).

I would like to use the built-in VNC on my Mac (System Settings > General > Sharing > Screen Sharing)

Is that possible? or do I have to get a spatial software?
