I buy second hand iPhone SX Max I did not know the previous owner I restore the mobile then the mobile is locked iCloud I did not know the iCloud ID and password I know my iPhone IME I buy this iPhone 80000 rupees Pakistan please help me

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them go to https://www.icloud.com/find/, erase the device, then remove it from their account, then the device is useless. Apple won't unlock it.

Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support. *
