My portable hotspot does not appear in general and the mobile data network option does not appear

Portable Hotspot not working Hey, recently i found out that my portable hotspot is not working ie; others cannot connect to it nor find it when they search it. And also the small blue icon is not appearing on the top which usually appears when I turn on the hotspot. I tried resetting the network settings but still no change. Any thoughts??
