Freezes on live listening

u guys try to update to latest software version it solved my problem.

I am having the same issue. My son has a Cochlear Implant and we use live listen for me to be able to talk via Bluetooth to his implanted side. My iPhone 14 pro freezes every time we use it. I never had this issue with my iPhone 11 pro. I am able to do a restart on the iPhone (quick press volume up, volume down and then hold the power button until the apple comes on the screen) and then it works fine but it is frustrating that this happens daily.

I just went through the same thing. I have an iPhone 14 pro and the airpods pro 2nd generation. It took 5 minutes to get my phone to that same black screen with the surfing circle. I was starting to get nervous tbh. Did any of you find a solution?

I facing this issue as well on my airpod pro 2. Turn on the live listen through airpods is fine but when trying to turn it off the screen was freeze for couple of minutes.

How are you able to get it unfrozen? I've been pressing both volume buttons and the lock button but still nothing.
