I just upgraded to Ventura and not able to change wallpaper, any ideas?

I just upgraded to Ventura and not able to change wallpaper, any ideas? I see an icon with the message, "Changing the wallpaper is controlled by a profile". I see no options when looking at the "Users & Groups".

Is this a personal machine or bound to some MDM/Enterprise managed machine?

if so it may be out of your control—talk to your IT for support.

Control Click on Desktop is the standard approach

OK, I went ahead and removed the Wi-Fi profile as I know it would be recreated when I'm back in the office. It did resolve the issue and I can now change the wallpaper. Thanks! To me this is still very odd that a Wi-Fi profile would be seen as a blocker to wallpaper settings.

The only thing I see under the "Profiles" here is the wireless profile related to the Wi-Fi connection I use when in the office at work. I would not think there should be any coralation between the Wi-Fi profile and the wallpaper settings. Again, this only started happening after the upgrade which I did yesterday, moving to Ventura.

Delete the profile and try again... and compare your results.

The company could name the profile anything they want. They may have just called it the Wi-Fi Profile because you must accept those restrictions to use their Wi-Fi.
