Add an app to Control centre on iMac 27" 2020 with OSX 13 Ventura

I cannot find a way of adding an app to the control centre. Most advice here on the web is way outdated.

Maybe this has something to do with the fact that I cannot use stage manager, because I have multiple screens and do not want to specify separate spaces.

I do not see the entry "other modules" in the new system preferences window. (BTW how to ruin a good OS - as they say if it isn't broken don't fix it).

Has anybody any ideas why this will not work?
