Using iPhone 14 pro as webcam with mac mini

In iOS16 and OS Ventura, there is a tip that shows using your iPhone as a webcam, as shown in screenshot below. But when I go to Bluetooth, I get a notification that says this is not supported with MacMini . Is that true or am I doing something wrong. the only way I can get a video icon to appear in the menu bar is to turn on ZOOM on my desktop .. I'm using a Dell monitor without a webcam ... but I can't get the zoom image on my phone to appear on the desktop itself ... thus I'm not using my iPhone as webcam, I'm just zooming on two devices, which has been my behavior in the past. any tips or clarifications including ... confirmation that Mac mini won't link to iPhone on bluetooth. Thanks.

Mac mini 2018 or later
