I can’t login FaceTime with phone number

Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services,

 like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. 

Do you log-in to your Apple ID with a phone number or an eMail address?

Apple ID Log-in:

https://appleid.apple.com/

If your Apple ID is an eMail address as is generally the case, then that IS the log-in for FaceTime.

(In just a few countries an Apple ID may be a phone number, so that would then be the log-in to FaceTime there.)

In Settings: you can Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support
