I am having a different problem with the AOL app on my iphone se (2nd edition.) The app has a new message on the home page--Tap Here to Get Started. When I do that, it opens a Manage Accounts page that shows my name and my user name. There is an alert symbol next to a swipe button. When I turn that on, it asks for Touch ID.. After I do that, I get another Alert page that says Unable to turn on account. I click the Continue button on that, then it asks to us "aol.com" to Sign In. I click Continue again and it bring me to the normal log in page with just my user name displayed. WI am having a different problem with the AOL app on my iphone se (2nd edition.) The app has a new message on the home page--Tap Here to Get Started. When I do that, it opens a Manage Accounts page that shows my name and my user name. There is a Next button and when I click Next, it displays a message in red letters that reads, "Please enable cookies in your browser and sign in again". I can't get past this to complete the log in. I have uninstalled the app several times, rebooted the phone and repeatedly checked all Settings both on my phone and computer. I also called AOL customer service and they want to sell me a premium plan to have Tech Support help me. I do not know how or why this issue started. I have even tried creating a new password recently and I think that may be when the app became a problem. I have no trouble logging in on my laptop. HELP!!

Assuming yu have not blocked cookies in Settings, Safari there is nowhere else you can allow cookies.

This is either a problem with the AoL app not being usable in your version of iOS or maybe you have VPN, or secirity app, or Ad-Blocker that uses VPN and they can appear to block cookies.

You don't need such apps and you should uninstall them.
