I have someone in the Netherlands frequently on my both of my iPad Air 2, iPhone 8 Plus and MacBook Pro. Whenever I go one FB, they usually show very quickly on the location. I’ve changed my Apple ID password, my FB and my Yahoo passwords multiple times and engaged two-step authentication in all. I have up to date software updates. I also use Express VPN. I am losing it! Anyone know what I can do?

Hi LadyMorgahnna,

If you're concerned that an unauthorized person might have access to your Apple ID, these steps can help: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised. If you've only noticed this issue with Facebook, reaching out to the app developer is a good step to take, as they may have some additional information that could be helpful: How to contact an app developer.

Cheers.

Hi!

So so many thanks to you! I’ve talked to Apple, my VPN provider and Emailed FB last week. Changed all passwords using a very secure password generator. In fact if I use FB or FB messenger, I change password again before logging out of all devices. My sisters communicate via FB Messenger because one won’t do it via SMS (shhhh…Android user!).

I’ve always been very careful about phishing texts and emails. I can only guess it’s because of one of the many worldwide data breaches. I’ve locked down my 401(k) and changed bank account numbers and debit card and credit card. So now I’ll just continue to change passwords to see if I can frustrate him as much as I am being frustrated. Thanks for reaching out!

p.s. if anyone who reads this knows of a better VPN provider than Express VPN, please let me know. ☮️
