I bought a new iPhone 15 Plus and thought I had transferred all the data, including the eSIM, but it didn’t transfer. I went to True to get it installed, but they encountered an error on the phone: "CT CELLULAR PLAN ERROR INVALID FAUX CARD MESSAGE CARRIER LOCK NO CARRIER." They don’t know how to resolve it. They gave me a regular SIM card, so I'm using that for now. I have the latest iOS 17.0.3. Resetting the network settings and restarting the phone didn't help. Does anyone know what this error is and how to install the eSIM?

eSIM unable to Continue Cellular Configuration I am unable to activate an eSIM on my iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 17.4.1) while traveling in Portugal. The error is Unable to Continue Cellular Configuration. iPhone is unlocked. WiFi and carrier signals are strong. I’ve never used a 2nd number, other eSIM or other physical SIM card. Reset Network settings, Airplane mode on/off, and power cycling do not resolve issue. Carriers (Verizon, MEO for eSim) tell me there is no issue with eSIM or their network, “it is an iPhone issue.”
